Terms of Use
Last updated 1 October 2026
In short
- Pre-registering is free and doesn’t commit you to anything.
- The app isn’t out yet. What this site shows is what we’re building, and some of it may change before launch.
- HudJee is a practice tool. It can help you prepare, but it can’t promise a score or a rank.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of hudjee.com and its pre-registration list (the “waitlist”). HudJee is run from India by the team building the HudJee app (“HudJee”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or pre-registering, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The HudJee app will have its own terms when it launches. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your details.
Pre-registering
- Pre-registering is free. It doesn’t create an account or commit you to downloading or paying for anything.
- We’ll email you when HudJee opens. We can’t guarantee a launch date, a feature, a price, or that early access will be offered to every batch.
- We may change or close the waitlist at any time. If we close it, we’ll delete the details on it as our privacy policy describes.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing support@hudjee.com.
Your details
- Use an email address that you own and can read.
- Register other people only with their permission.
- If you’re under 18, register only with your parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Using the site
Please don’t:
- sign up automatically, in bulk, or with addresses that aren’t yours,
- try to get into parts of the site or its systems that aren’t meant for you, or read other people’s details,
- overload, disrupt or interfere with the site,
- copy the site or present it as your own,
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may remove registrations that break these rules.
What the site shows
The screens, questions, numbers and film on this site show the app we’re building. They are illustrations, not a promise of the finished product, and features may change before launch.
No guaranteed results
HudJee is a practice tool. How well you do in JEE depends on many things outside our control, so we don’t promise any particular marks, percentile, rank or admission.
Not affiliated with the exam bodies
JEE Main is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), and JEE Advanced by the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). HudJee is independent: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the NTA, any IIT or the Joint Admission Board. We use the exams’ names only to describe what HudJee helps you prepare for.
Our content
The HudJee name, logo, launch film, design and text on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please don’t copy or reuse our content without asking us first.
The site is provided “as is”
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or online.
Our liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t responsible for any indirect loss, or for any loss caused by the site being unavailable or by relying on what it shows. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please email us first and we’ll try to sort it out. If we can’t, the courts of India will have jurisdiction.
